Work from home or don't have time or ability to get out of the house for class. Â I can come to you. Â Be in touch to schedule a private session at your home or in your office. Â I can also provide classes for employees - lunch break pilates and stretch. Â It is an amazing mid day gift to get staff up, Â moving, and refocused!
